640×512/15μm T2SL HOT Cooled Medium Wave Module

The XH615HMG module utilizes a 640×512/15μm high-temperature, cooled mid-wave infrared detector combined with a next-generation image processing algorithm to produce fine, high-definition 640×512 infrared images. The image size is reduced to 15μm, providing higher spatial resolution, and shorter focal length optical lenses can achieve the same detection distance. HOT technology significantly optimizes SWaP. This simple design, supporting various digital video interfaces, is widely used in miniature remote sensing applications.
